Yes all builders who are chosen to tender your project are pre-vetted for everything from financial stability, suitable demonstratable experience, Insurance and health and safety records.

Currently we do not offer the structural engineers design and calculations. We can make recommendation's of pre-qualified local structural engineers that can quote for the required structural design.

The timeline varies depending on project complexity and local authority approvals. Typically, planning drawings and applications take 4-8 weeks, while building regulations and tendering can add another 4-6 weeks.

Yes! We provide QS-backed cost plans that give you a clear, accurate breakdown of your expected construction costs. This helps you avoid unexpected expenses and stay on budget.

Tier 1 includes a budget cost plan based on planning drawings. Tier 2 includes a fully updated cost plan based on final coordinated construction drawings.
